What is eco rush?

Really I am starting to get the hang of cs go but I still don't get what eco is or an eco rush and there is no answer when I google it or search it here in the forums so yeah

eco means saving money and not buying anything on that round
eco rush means you don't buy anything on that round and will rush towards enemy base to suicide or get a fast kill so that they can't plant the bomb(if they are terrorist)

eco is when your team is too poor to buy, you buy a pistol or a nade basically dont full buy
eco rush is when you are on eco and you rush somewhere

eco = economy building round, which you only buy a pistol (and maybe a nade) then attack as fast as possible on site
