I cant find my CSGO Cases

I bought some cases in csgo but when i check my invetory there is nothing. it tells me i bought the crates and press Ok to accept but i cant find them. PLS help ( sry for bad english^^)

I Lost my Money and i can see the cases in my inventory but not in the Game

ive earned 2 cases so far which havent showed up in my inventory, has anyone found a fix?

i've won some cases in the last few weeks but no clue where they went... i dont see them anywhere. I saw earning them at the end of matches but then there is nothing in my inventory, nor in inventory history.... It's either broken, a shame cause i just went prime some weeks ago or either it's damn unclear how those cases work....... i feel robbed.

it could have been that some things you listed on the market expired and showed up as drops in game.
I assume by saying you won them you mean ingame item drops.

it could have been that some things you listed on the market expired and showed up as drops in game.
I assume by saying you won them you mean ingame item drops.

I havent done any trades so far. I just see the cases I won at the end of a match (this happened multiple times) and then there are no cases in my inventory.... I have never got my cases in inventory after I saw them received at the end of matches. That's how story. I earn some cases but there are no cases. I am pretty new player btw.

at the end of a match sometimes a case pops up above the players but it will not show up in my inventory
