I would suggest you start we your computer performance and settings. For example what framerate are you playing at, what res.
What is your mouse sensitivity (eDpi, i.e. mouse dpi x game sensitivity).
Do you practice your aim and movement at all?
Sensitivity 2.55, eDpi was something like 1000 when I tested it on a site but I don't remember anymore
I do tons of deathjmatch and warmup before every game
Getting a better PC should be your aswer
Aim for example you can train, with workshop maps, but crosshair-placement is also very important.
As for mouse sens. you only need to be able to go 180 with a sweep either side.
Correct crosshair-placement will compensate for the loss of sens.
movement and positioning; keep tight angles and always try to be able to fall back.
Sidestepping and shoot you can train very easy but it is very monotone.
Try to keep an eye on empty lanes, where enemies can come from, on your minimap
Learn some nades, a well placed smoke/flah/molly can make a huge difference.
I suggest yt. n0thing has some great detailed vids.
But most importantly, are you having fun?
If playing makes you bored, frustrated, etc, etc it will be much harder to improve.
Play some casual, try out some new guns, tactics
Deathmatch even against bots can be a good warming up
(maybe after practise on workshop maps).
Don't overdo the training most importantly is you having fun, yet look at your gameplay critical.
Or don't look critical and just play to have fun.
GL
Look at lvl10 matches and when you can understand why everything is done in particular order then you have basic understanding of the game.
Then when you know all timings and angles then you will know naturally at what sens and resolution you will hold and peek those angles;not other way around.
As for sensitivity, there are many, many, many guides on how to find the best sensitivity for you so I won't go into that.
If you want to practice raw mouse control, play Osu!. If you want to practice for MM, play Deathmatch 64tick. If you want to practice for FaceIT play Community Deathmatch 128tick, HS only.
Learn Smokes, Flashes, Nades, Molotovs for 1 map and only play that map. I recommend Cache or Mirage. And if you don't have Prime... Get Prime.
