In Grand Theft Auto all those cars don't have the real name either, but nearly look the same as the real life cars.
Same with Pro Evolution Soccer names for player, stadions etc. - they also have not exactly the same name.
These are games. Is it so hard to distinguish? One of many reasons are licences. When you've the ownership of a rifle, car, club or whatever and you don't wanna give it away for a game the developer can't use it. For example fifa has all the rights for football, that's why pro evolution soccer has not real names since 25 years.
