Can't enable FXAA in CSGO

well as mentioned in title i can't enable FXAA so basicly when i go to video options FXAA is disabled.. i enable it, hit apply then i go back to video settings and its still disabled.

any ideas how to fix this ?

I turn mine off anyway, only run MSAA at 2times.
FXAA suck with fast moving objects.

MSAA needs more resources than FXAA, but essentially does the same. It basically smooths edges.

But generally don't see the point of MSAA and FXAA in CS

In majority of pc's it shouldnt have a impact. To be honest idk why as it actually changes performance in 99% of games. (MSAA)

Turn off cloud saving in properties of cs go. In my case it helped even without enabling read-only mod for video.txt

Cloud saving off does not fix it.

looks like valve made a death sentence of their most expensive game market in steam
