bro my friend who used the skin changer with me just got banned. he has 7 year account with 100+ games and thousands spent on steam. omg i feel bad cuz i told him its not bannable cuz it worked for me and i didnt get banned at the time

You and your friend are thieves, because using skin changers is theft. You got what you deserved. If you want a skin, you just buy it like everybody else.

It is not theft, where did you get that information, steam items is just a virtual item with no IRL value, it's price is not fixed, in short it's value will go down to zero on instant if there is some sort of problem that will occur.
