How can i stop freaking out?
I'm in game and i pull off something crazy and i start freaking out. My hands start shaking and they feel warm inside, and my heart starts racing. Or i see an enemy and panic spray and i die from an easy shot, etc etc. What are ways you stay calm and relaxed through this?

Me personally THC keeps me calm while I play video games but I can't discuss anything else about that. Guess only advice I can give is try to control it.

Sometimes you take this game very important.
Just don´t think about how the others will think about you..
They make their picture anyways.
Just focus on your task.
If you fail, don´t worry.

I drink 5 hour energy, it no longer works but i'm like a crack addict at this point. But that's only for my job, not for gaming and have not had any in a week.

I stay away from that stuff, i'm probably one of the weakest people you'll know mentally. I will become someone looking for his next hit begging for more lol. Addictive personality.

Just think about your next step in-game. E.g: in 1x5 i think about where the target is, pay attetion to the sound, acctually is a good moment, because you have more focus and you can do nice stuff with this energy, you just don't know how to deal with it yet.

even pros have this problem, i think there is a demo of pasha (last major), he start to freak out and the aim start to shake, he keep playing in the plain and everything is fine, after 10~20second he calm down and win.

I know it's like 2021 and you probably improved but I'd say when playing focus on your serroundings rather than thinking about what will happen, basically you need to trick your brain to make it think oh it's a casual place for a player there, its part of the gamesense, try to predict more spots to feel more confident and that way you'll get used to players surprise peeking you, now sadly I can't really maintain that because of ADHD but it should work for you if you dont have any multi tasking or focusing issues

and also try to avoid drinking something that has loads of caffine especially before playing CSGO because CSGO needs patience and nerve

Sometimes it really comes handy to just whip out your wiener and jack it off real quick in between two matches, I'm not kidding by saying this a nice pleasant old-fashioned hj can do miracles.

Try to play as CT (counter terrorist) in a bomb site map. That way you would be camping when you have secured your position. You'll have some time to relax, ex. if the other team did not go to your bomb site.
Then, use a rifle and go to a sniping position. That way you will not be rushed by the other team, and you have a [hopefully] longer reaction time when you see them. Be sure to have cover, of course.
Then finally, remind yourself that this is just a game. Being killed in the game and having zero kills is okay. It's nothing to be stressed about.
