Steam-friendly link shortener?

Hey guys!
I recently made a text mod for CS:GO, and I share it with my friends everytime I update it.
My routine is to upload the .txt to google drive and shorten the link using tiny. cc, because otherwise the link is 5 lines long. If I want to send it to my friends, I have to add spaces, because steam would just remove it, even if i just keep it at the unshortened google drive link.

I was wondering if there was any way to make my links appear and not be removed. Perhaps a different file host?
Also, am I posting this in the correct forum/discussion place?

I've tried that, but it isn't user-friendly when it comes to clicking on links. My friend insisted that he won't get my mod if the link wasn't clickable. kinda stupid if you ask me.

Why don't you use the Steam workshop?

There's also like a million file hosters, which use quite short links, like uploaded.to or mega.nz.

With URL shorteners you gonna run into the same issue over time. There's (sadly) a reason why Steam removes them.

yeah, i understand. I'll try to upload the mod to the steam workshop and see if it works, in the meantime.

I have a link on my profile, It's not supposed to be a serious mod, It's more of a few inside jokes with me and my friends, but I'm still expanding it to a mod that everyone would like whenever I have time.

There's a lot of.. Language. (but I'm sure you don't mind.) And probably the best part about it is the weapon names are changed, like how I changed the AWP to "Magic Stick" and more.
I'm still working on it, but I would love if I could have more people trying it out.
