No, that is to inspect your pistol. I've seen people flip it. Unless only you can see it and not the person doing it, that isn't it. Tried the F + R as well.

are you talking about the deagle and dual beretta? They are the only pistol with an animation like that. They are at the end of the inspect animation and for the deagle its on the pullout
