AA Meetings = CSGO Matchmaking
So i have taken a little break from CSGO lately just due to the number or rude players i seem to come across, personally it just isn't worth my time to deal with them, I would rather play something I enjoy then deal with a bunch of buffoons.

Yes, yes, i know it is the internet before anyone tries to act smart here, we all know you are just trying to compensate for the lack of self-esteem you have its okay. Anyways, what I mean by AA meetings is As sholes Anonymous is pretty much what comp is.

There is always a few types of people that you seem to find in comp matchmaking at almost any rank (at least the ranks I have encountered [LEM and below]).

1. Actually teammates: Those who talk and communicate and are trying to get better, how you are supposed to play. Some people just like to call these guys TRYHARDS, but idk why if they are doing exactly what they are supposed to.

2. As shole type 1: The guy who doesn't talk pretty much whole game but will yell at a teammate for not calling out, and yet he doesn't himself.

3. As shole type 2: The people on your team or opposing team that never have anything positive to say and always critize you and your playstyle.

4. As shole type 3: The guy that is first to accuse you of sucking pen is just because you arent at the top of your game or leaderboards.

I am sure there are more out there but these seem to cover a wide spectrum, and i get it is a game and it shouldn't matter but I have to say CSGO by far has one of the worst communities out there for a game. Not to say everyone is this way just like my example but you get a lot of aholes majority of the time.

Thing that really gets me though is, with the exception to those who actually do suck and are playing at a lower ranking then where they are people are so quick to accuse a persons ability in CSGO. EVERYONE has good and bad games there is no denying that, and if you base someones rank of the one game you played with them, anything you say is practically invalid.

A few things to note why someone outside of them actually being bad, could do bad a certain game are:

1. Being entry frag: The guy who normally is not at top of leaderboards come end of game, the one who has to lead the charge because the rest of his team is usually balless or likes to bait.

2. Not having economy: Big reason why someone higher rank can do bad because if the game is very one sided (ex. 13-3), you are maybe able to go into half your rounds with a full buy, so most other rounds you are at a disadvantage.

3. Queuing Solo/Quiet teammates: not having people you know how they play or don't talk can really effect you. Not knowing there people are or teammates dying recklessly.

No matter how good of a player you are, there is only so much you can do beyond your skill. CSGO is a huge team game and it isnt practical to play alone.

So I am curious what peoples thoughts are on it. I still enjoy the game but the amount of trolls and aholes lately have made me think I am just better off not dealing with the hassle of the communities bad seeds. I am curious how others do feel about this though.

Ya i try not to play anymore unless i am with people i know. With the exception to people who already play at a GE level, it isnt wise to solo queue ever.
