How do I listen to Team Voice chat in downloaded GOTV?

Yesterday I watched a downloaded GOTV thing and I heard the team talking. I even heard myself.
But today, the voice chat isn't there. Was I just imaging that it was there? Or is there a command that i can use to hear the funny voice chat

Matchmaking demos don't have comms.

in console type
voice_enable 1
sv_alltalk 1
sv_full_alltalk 1

I've tried only hearing one team but it's impossible. Both team's comms or none (won't work if they use an external comm.)

I can only say that, Valve's gotv demos are not recording voice chat, but people with command tv_enable 1 and tv_record <name> can record gotv with hearing voice chat

Sorry that I'm a few years late, but no, that wasn't a halucination. Back then before panorama, it DID include the voice chat, right now, I was confused as well as for, why doesn't the replay that I had 3 years ago (and still have), have any voice chat signatures or voice chat at all. Easy answer, they removed it and made it possible only through already mentioned tv_record <name>.

so tv_record is the command or what should i paste in the <name> ?
