CS: GO Temporary Cooldown (10 minutes)?

I finished a competitive match and it then said unable to connect to Match Making servers because you are curently in a game. I closed CS then rebooted then it shows the Yellow Strip on top. I cliked reconnect, it said failed to reconnect. I tried multiple times, even restarting Steam then decided to click Abandon. When I clicked it, it says Temporary Cooldown 10 Minutes. WHY? I did nothing!

• The reconnection error seems to be a global steam problem.
  
• It should be fixed within a few hours or so, its quite unfair to the steam users.
  
• The next CSGO update should fix it.
  
• People have been missing, "EXP" from their games, as for their wins, with that they have been banned for leaving the end of the match.

  Advise to staying AWAY from competitive at the moment, to reduce risk of more competitive bans!

Sympa les serveurs steam, deux games win qui ne sont pas comptées, des bans ranked parce que les parties ont bugées à la fin, merci mais il y a un moment où le pognon qu'on a on peut s'en servir pour acheter des serveurs...

its a 10 minute cooldown, its the only option you have
it doesnt add-on to any existing cooldowns you have, and isnt increased by them either

And why would it only give you a 10 minute cooldown? Doesn't it usually give you a 30 for abandonment? #conspiracy!!!!!!!!!! /s
