Can you sell skins for money to your bank account?

I'd rather sell my skins for money to go into my bank instead of steam, is it possible?

bank accounts hold money , they dont buy or sell anything .
what you need is an accountant to manage your bank account so he/she can buy your skins and sell them to you on your bank account

selling skins out side of steam can lead to scams aka people charge back so its better to sell skins on steam market then anything else also if this is for rant or gas maybe you shouldnt spen d money on this game

xD I'm 14, only reason I want the money is to spend outside and buy like cool ♥♥♥♥ (even though steam has alot to offer)

No, Steam Market money only goes to your Steam Wallet. You can try to sell to third parties and random websites, but it's a risk that Valve doesn't take, if you try to sell to someone and get scammed, you are ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and no one will help you about it.
