CS:GO Jackpot scam?

I personaly dont get involved in csgo jackpot betting, but i love to watch how much $ people win and loose :D. But lately i have seen something like this occour http://prntscr.com/8pwgol.
If you dont want to click the webpage, basicly someone has put $145.75 worth of items and the total pot was around $3500. The same person who has put $145.75 had 97% chance of winning, and he WON! Just asking you guys if you know anything about these csgojackpot problems?

2 - he couldnt possible have 97% with 145 and pot 3500, thus read 3
3 - he put more bets (maybe there is a limit of 1 skins per bet so he made few)
I cant see any other solution/reason.
