Bomb plant timer sound bug

When the bomb is planted, sometimes the bomb timer can't be heard. I've had this happen multiple times now. At first I thought I might've just not been close enough to the bomb, but apparent CS was just gaslighting me. Last time, it was super clear that this is indeed a bug.
