Helsinki premier server performance is garbage

Steam support asked me to post on these forums to find the volume of users having packet loss and similar issues when connected to the Helsinki / Finland CS2 servers.

How many of you are struggling with these issues?

Helsinki servers should be deleted, no one lives there so whats the reason to have server there.

can agree, had really bad game and lost cause I get tilted when enemies are just lagging forward.

Fin here. Yes, Helsinki servers are unplayable. Packet loss is even 40% at evening. Elisa runs them. Valve should cut ties with them like Russia cut our ocean cables.

Helsinki servers have been straight garbage for me for 3 weeks straight. Always high load. 5 ping, but the loss is always between 5-30%.
Swedish servers are a "go to" for now.

When you are getting routed through Sweden to Helsenki servers the issue disappears, that's why the Russians are not vocal enough and play like nothing happens.

Do something about is Valve.

Just make own server to russians, the whole Europe would be so grateful not play with human garbage. Then fix Helsinki servers.

One big problem for Helsinki servers are that those servers are weak and usually upload speed is something like 5-10Mb/s and that wont work well if server is full. The upload speed should be 100Mb/s. In Finland typical internet speed is 10/100. Good luck hosting a server.

Still unplayable. We don't accept helsinki servers anymore. Luckily u can check it with shift tab (steam overlay) when accepting server.

Anyone in Helsinki can get 1 Gb internet. Only thing limiting that is garbage internet plans. The servers are just atrocious. Idk who runs the servers but seems like they're just cheapskates.

I leave in Helsinki and we cant get 1gb internet. Actually, i dont know anyone here that can,because they downgrade those speed limits here. I mean,we can get 1gb in some areas,but the upload speed is still limited because ISP business models. In 1gb or higher speeds, they are not symmetric speeds.
