VAC Live banning players that are innocent

So is the second time in a row that it happens. My girlfriend doesn't have a PC that can run CS2, so she plays on Geforce now. It always happens in the second rounds, and when I have someone in my team that is actually very suspicious, the first time it was someone that did 8 in the first 2 rounds with 100% HS, same for the second time but with fewer kills; I think they were 5. Anyway, after that, the game stopped because it detected irregular gameplay. We thought it was the guy with 100% accuracy, but every time it is my girlfriend, we get a 24-hour cooldown. It is not possible that she is cheating or anything; she always has like 15 kills at max at the end of the match and with not a great HS%. She also can't use cheats because, I will be honest, she won't know how to install them, and she can't because she is playing on Geforce now. Any idea?

I don't know if the players that looked like cheaters have anything to do with anything related to the cooldown, but I wanted to add it up since it only happened in matches where I could say they were cheating 100%.

And how do you know they're not lying about it?

The ban says that they gave it to your girlfriend for using cheats or because someone on the team used cheats?
because they are two different cases, if in both they give you the ban but it does not mean that your girlfriend uses them

And if you are thinking about it and I know, it is completely unfair to be banned because you have no control over who is on your team other than your friends.

Valvue's VAC has been completely crazy lately, in my opinion they were hacked, it's the only reason I see because until now it's still the same

Its not a permanent ban, like it doesn't show on profile or anything; its just a 24-hour cooldown for the whole party. And because of her, on the 24-hour cooldown thing it says that she was flagged by VAC Live wich is strange because she cant inject cheats on Geforce Now.

The thing is, if she keeps getting the cooldown, she will eventually end up with a higher cooldown; we only play for the weekly case, and that's it. I no longer play Premier since it's infested with cheaters, and I said, Great, I will play only for the weekly case until they fix the cheaters issue. But banning inocent players and letting cheaters slip through is not what I mean.

It doesn't matter, vac is trash, would had cooldowned her anyway, so it's not geforcenow related.

well, the same thing just happened to me, so we just have to wait and pray that they give us back the xp for the weekly drop

It's the only reason I play

I dont think we will ever get anything back tbh. They are well known for not giving players what they need/want after all.

I knew VAC was trash, but I was not expecting it to get this bad to the point where instead of giving cooldowns to actual cheats, it gives them to legit players or players that just want to play for the weekly case.

No, nothing was given back; just the cooldown ended and we could play again just to get the cooldown back again.
