Report a translation problem
1. Added these commands to the initialization options:
-cl_disablehtmlmotd 1 -setting.mem_level 0
2. Find the CS2 app in the folder, open properties > compatibility > check the 'execute in compatibility mode (win 8)' > check the 'disable full scream optimization';
3. Go to windows settings > storage > temporary storage > check the Shader Cache DirectX and clear the files;
This worked for me, but I put it all together, so I am not sure which one was the one that solved exactly. Hope it helps.
