they think it's cool when we have low fps.
they actually think it's fine to play with lags and freezes.
they are rather focusing on making new skins and new passes to more money which they will not use to fight cheating.
imagine buying something from this company.
they should just fire their affirmative hire "managers" and get someone in there who knows what they are doing.
Besides, the game simply freezes in some situations.
And players with Ryzen APUs might struggle more with low FPS that they shouldn't be experiencing.
Valve will lose a lot when the community creates its own game,
CS is a competitive game; it should run at high fps on various machines, even on an APU.
CS2 is a game that doesn't run at high frame rates on mid-range PCs, even though it should. I believe it should be able to run on PCs that have an APU as well. CS needs to run at high frame rates on all PCs, not just on high-end ones.
DirectX11 we might as well be trying to run this game on pentium duo's with overclocks to 7ghz
Atxleast it works better, slightly, on vulkan.
If you're wondering why cs2 is only interested in running a few cores, it's the lack of freaking dx12...for source 2.
I'm pretty sure we would have no performance issues....but no we're running shaders and rendering according to a format that's from 2013 or something. Cool.
Cs2 is totally optimized /s, cue obvious trolls saying top of the line hardware failing to run spaghetti netcode clearly means "bad pc"
After every subsequent update, I see the group of people with performance problems keeps increasing
