What's the drop rate from operation? I keep getting these blues 13 in a row.

I noticed in the collection they gave two different blue skins, Industrial and Mil spec Blue. In most common cases I only see Mil spec, does the drop rate for Reds become significantly higher for Reds then? In Rip Tide it was 1/2000 or something for Red I think similar to souvenirs. What's the percent chances in here now that there is no grey skins. I imagine it's somewhere between a normal case and a souvenir case but want to see if anyone has the numbers. Valve should really release odds, I thought it was same odds as normal cases.

Interesting so almost two times as rare as a gold/knife. That gives me some general idea for pinks and purples, since they don't need keys to open like the gallery case, I suppose the rates make sense too.
