Cannot open new case ,only rent it?

Hey guys , i took a case with 2 stars , payed 2.35E for the key .. but apparently i cannot open the care only rent it for a week.. :D

Are you by any chance in Belgium, Netherlands, or France? They have specific gambling regulation, which affects case opening.
