New quality laptop / CS2 freezes

Hi. Brand new MSI laptop (Katana) acquired ; CS2 runs very well with >200fps, but quite often there are drops of performances : keyboard inputs react like 5secs after the push of the buttons / fps drop to less than 60.
And, quite frequently (about 8 times total in just 48hours of having this new laptop), the game just freezes without warning, nothing responds at all, I was forced to shut it down everytime, restart the laptop and re-join the match.
Twice it froze in 15 minutes ...
I mean, what the heck. Anyone else? Any tips?

this is happening to me too and i bought the pass, cant even play the game and use it!

nothing to do just breport your Bug issua to Valve team or game devloper
cause this issue is the new update issue not ur laptop or even windows 95

the update bugged my textures at first aswell i have a screenshot on my pf
