HOW DO YOU BUY STARS FOR ARMORY PASS?

hi all any one know how to buy stars i got the pass but only give me 1 star for $15 ? really ...why cant i buy stars ?

so people are forced to play and spend lots of money to get more than 1 pass.
(you gain stars by playing (gaining EXP))

I was happy having an operation.. but this operation is..
I am fine with not being able to buy stars, but "just play" is kinda boring to me.

I want the ones with some proper goal with like winning on specific maps etc

You can get more stars BUT you need to buy another pass, they stack up to five (if u can allow yourself to spend 16 dollars for 40 more stars)

This aint an operation, operations has story coop mission, add new maps, gives you more rewards for almost the same price as this pass and a medal for buying it. This is just a cosmetic pass dunno
