THE ARMORY just a normal battlepass - not Operation - this is joke from valve?

This is just a normal battlepass with normal items, it doesn't have any new content other than the battlepass items, and what I don't understand is that it's even more expensive than all the previous Operation events.

Read my comparison carefully, check the latest operating price as well as watch youtube about it, you will see it exists a bunch of great stuff at a good price, and look again at this one with a hefty price and There is no content at all, and the most important thing is that valve implies that this is a big update for CS2, is it the first big update?
