for those who cs2 runing not smooth and have nvidia GPU's try turn in nvidia panel settings v-sync on G-sync (if you have g-sync supported monitor) in game v-sync off , nvidia reflex on, and gap ur fps , lower -4 -5 than ur monitor refresh rate. For example if u have 144hz monitor try to gap max_fps 140 or max_fps 139. and so on, so on .. some people noticed big improvements

This is pretty dumb. So in order to run a game we have to put up with a decrease of 70% in our fps since the game came out. Seems fair.

The games actual optimization is a huge problem
