Honestly, people need to learn patience and understand that Valve have always been a company that keeps fairly quiet about what they're doing. They're also not afraid to take their time if they feel it's not right, which is much better than having some half baked operation that was rushed to meet a deadline.

Just woke up, and there is no update, as I see. It could be mean only one thing - update is closer than ever. Devs must be fixin last bugs, and polishing new content before release.

If they wasn't preparing any update at all, they would already tweet about anniversary. But there wasn't any tweets last days. Because they just silently cooking.
