What is this "I am a CS2 skin maker, please upvote my skin" scam?
I've got it like 5 times now all from different people. Same story each time. "I make CS2 skins and can you upvote it so I can get approved please". I don't even play this game. I have a glorious total of 72 hours since 2016, because I don't like this game.

I never let them talk long enough to actually find out more about the scam, because I'm not going to waste time talking to people who probably just want to steal my account, and I always just block them as soon as they ask. It's also got to where I will block anyone with that stupid plague doctor with a hat profile picture that has their favorite game be CS2.

What's the process of this scam? There is no way that all they want me to do is upvote something on the steam workshop. It seems way too sinister. What do they ACTUALLY want me to do?

Someone sent that to me today, and again like a month or two ago. I just blocked and reported them since I hate cs2 because I haven't bought premium, so just playing with verified togglers and junk half my games...
