CS2's Premier/Competitive hvh server (Why VAC isn't working)

We've all been frustrated about the fact that VAC is absent all the time, players who don't use faceit or any third party platforms are struggling to survive in the game. Now it feels like the No.1 on the other team is always hacking, either spinning, or wall hacking. Vac being absent is the root problem, but we believe that Valve is doing something else.

If you have hacked before on a fake account, you would probably notice more hacks in your games, although unlucky green players might be present, the other side usually has two or three hackers. Our guess is that Valve isn't banning hackers since they still generate value. Alternatively, Valve is detecting hackers effectively and putting them under the hidden hvh servers with the hackers not being aware.

We believe that posting this would spread the word to stop all cheating in CS2, since if you cheat, you will be placed within the hvh category, and that would be a waste of time if you are seeking happiness from trolling green players.
