nope, I received it in a weekly drop. it is not trade-able or marketable I believe

I did receive it in a weekly drop, and never bought anything in the pass still.

It's non marketable & non trade-able, not a ban for 1 week, just can't do anything with it. Can't even remove from inventory in a game

UPD: Can be "used" without charms, if u don't want to have it in your inventory, i guess it's just like a bundle unless u unbox it and u can use it in the future for charms
