how repair problem not working mic & ping on faceit?

my mic and ping are clearly ok. these are working well in premier, competitive, casual, and all of playing in general cs2. everything is ok in only steam at least.

but these are not working often on faceit and 5ewin. there are this situations not every time, however i cannot prepare cuz i cannot get information when will be happened. in addition, if this problem happens one time, never repaired all of the day.
i cannot say to teams' danger when i must focus my playing cuz of unable pointing ping and speaking, so i MUST type chatting with die.

there wasn't problem when csgo. this is newly happening from cs2 if my remembering is correct. anyway, are you guyz getting this fcking problem? and does anyone know how can repair?

my setting is sidebutton(showing "mouse5") of mouse. but you can see this is not working. as i said, this is not happening on public steam, there is on faceit and 5ewin only.

already i did. this is not happening in steam. there is on only 3rd party matchmaking like faceit and 5ewin. in addition, this is NOT happening every day. this happens suddenly and unexpectedly. i cannot repair and communicate with team all of the day
