If you turn on Network monitor and check network tab, well it's just show a route to servers/region. It's nothing weirdo or strange here
If you suspect it's spyware, you aren't able to delete it. All you could do perform a full scan from antivirus without internet also after that you just connect internet with better firewall- something like Next Gen Firewall not look alike a router. There are many antivirus such as Kaspersky, Bitdefender, Malwarebytes also from Cisco and you better using paid not free like Avast, AVG or Avira. Hope this may help you
