if you have console enabled, you can type

Yeah, this is my experience after some more playing and testing. In fact, it seems that the first switch of the camera is always to the view of the guy who killed me.
Haven't dared to play Competitive yet. Not sure Comp is a good idea to try as a noob low level player...
