Can't rankup out of silver elite master.

Despite a 20 win streak with only a few losses, I am unable to rank up back to gold nova. I have spent 300 hours juggling between silver elite master and gold nova, and now I can't get back to gold nova. My mechanical skills are definitely atleast gold nova 2, and my game sense is not bad either. I'm convinced I'm in elo hell.

To be honest, you should be focused on having fun.
Once you start to care about your MMR, your mind and thoughts will turn competitive, and you'll be very likely insulting other players.

I'm not implying, it's the case for everybody, but that it's really common, and kinda makes you ask yourself, whether your team mates really want to win.. As, you know, being harsh to each other is definitely ruining the team spirit, the motivation, and may decide the outcome of the match, if you can't play it cool (in a case you're impulsive).

Besides, SEM isn't such a bad rank.. at least, for casual players.
There's no difference at GNM and SEM, other than faster reactions, team call outs.
Even in GNM, people are very likely to not even drop you a weapon, if you have no money, and they have.
I'm rather not talking about accuracy, the headshot percent ratio.

In the recent matches, just about four out of fifty players were decently controlling Kalaschnikov's recoil, and I must add, they were smurfs.
About half of them were using M4A1-S, while aiming for lower bodies, as if affraid to miss, which I don't get at all. Like, if they don't bother aiming for heads with such a laser gun, why don't they just play with M4A4? Due to its cost? I have no clue...
Then, about half of them were using DEagle during „eco“ rounds, although they were aware, they aren't used to hitting heads. Like, what's the reason to use it, if you can't get, at least, 80 % headshot ratio with DEagle? They better would've used Nova, MAG-7, or MP9 / UMP45...
Another thing, worth mentioning is, if you don't buy vests, take cover. Is it really that hard to understand? To think logically during the match?

It's not like I'm a professional or anything, but I really can't help it, roll my eyes over, punch myself frequently, and eat tons of chocolate to keep myself in a good mood, while seeing such a gameplay.
Not to mention, it's not always the best idea to always stick to a very common scenario of 2-1-2 in terms of positioning players (B-Middle-A).
Sometimes, most likely during the „eco“ rounds, it's necessary to change the strategy, and go 4-1 (A-B, B-Middle, A-Middle)!
That seems to be the most common case scenario, that I don't understand the most.

Like, how do they expect to take back a site with planted bomb without defuse kits (during „eco“), while it's clear, they'd be in a massive disadvantage?
That's like sending two units to death with a wave of hand, and not being effective at all..

300 hours in a game that’s been out for 8 years means you are new and not ready to rank up yet that’s all

Just keep practicing and you will get better eventually

Thanks for the replies! I've figured that this is a good approach, and I've taken the game way more casually. I see myself doing way better and I'm outfragging most of my team mates. Thanks alot!

Stop worrying about ranks and more about having fun. A game that you enjoy playing means that you'll play more of it. Naturally, skill comes with more playtime. Everyone wants the secret to "rank up to global in 500 hours", but no such secret exists. As long as you keep playing, you'll continually get better at the game and enjoy the rank you play at.

As people says, play for fun, however, if you want to be better at competitive, watch videos about grenades on your favourite maps, play MM for fun but try to practice, skill will come with the time.
