But if you are on wifi you can call your ISP and tell them you are facing this issue. If you are from India probably they will ignore you cause its a game ( thats what happened to me ). If you can go for different ISP its better. But if yo cant there are few software that helps fix ping, not sure of loss. Try exitlag it has 15 or 30 days trial and check if you should opt for paid subscription. You can use other paid vpn too and check , eg: Express vpn. Other software you can try is outfox , it has 15 days trial and check if that fixes your issue.
If these doesnt fix your ping and losses then i dont think you have any other option.
So for your case as well high chance it can be the ISP issue as well, it should fix on it's own as well but in your case idk how long they would take. My best advice is to seek out your friends who play the game using the same ISP as yours to confirm.
Check in game the latency every few hours to see if it was fixed for you although i cannot guarantee it would be done on the same day.
