cool my account was hacked

well none of us actually gave our accounts away.. as i said "hacking" has many forms with similar wording... i would remember if i clicked a steam link i shouldn't have. i would remember a friend in friends list maybe giving me a link

well for starters steam should be flagging these accounts that are hacking other accounts by sending links with malware in it

well clearly there letting some through or only acting upon it when its too late.

like steam says to report these people but how can you when you dont know who's doing it - unlike a bank it shows where and who they bought the item from and the bank gives you back the money stolen if they can... steam is like oh well its ur fault ur account got compromised its on you.

thats what i like to know what actually happened.. even steam doesn't know or they do but they dont want to tell you.
