hard data suggest 15-55% of the player base is already banned.

go figure why you can't have a single clean match.

Thats pretty common especially with one sided maps like inferno.

So you think they were cheating at the start of the match, and later on they toggled off as they were losing?
Yeah okay, that's clearly what cheaters do.. they rage hack 10 first rounds then throw the match, happens all the time.
It's more likely they were smurfing and just started throwing.

Cheaters get banned weeks if not months later.. the cheaters I have in my history were all reported, and they still played hundreds of matches and after they got banned.

So I repeat to you over and over so you would understand.

Alot of cheaters are very very bad players, alot of them use wallhack and alot of them use soft aimbots, they climb the ladder quickly and if lucky they get banned after weeks or months.
For a week now I have played against cheaters and in some we somehow manage to win, but the OP is right, the cheaters will toggle on the important rounds.. I had today a match were we destroyed a stack of 5 on ancient while we were on CT side by 11-1, its enough to get a grasp of how the enemy plays, then when we swotched to T their bottom fragger gone from 1-11 to 14-11 in few rounds, there are way to many cheaters that should be banned faster.
