Game server browser not working

I tried to contact steam support but they couldn't really help. Game servers aren't refreshing. I tested firewall off, i verified game files, I tested using my phone as hotspot instead of ethernet. But still if I click refresh, it doesn't show any servers.
I can play competitive and casual servers normally though, but not use the server browser.
Can anyone help me?

I have same issue in Left 4 Dead, and it seems nobody is talking about it.
