why? I upload a gif as my avatar but it doesnt move at all, why?

Animated avatars only for Steam Points in Points Shop

You need to buy an avatar in the steam points shop. Also look at the miniature backgrounds, some are really awesome and show up when you look at somebodies profile on cs2.
