Counter strike 2 choppiness caused by 1% lows

Counter strike 2 runs poorly on ryzen 9 5900x + rtx 4080 and ddr4 ram 3400mhz. Average fps when measuring with ingame fps meter stays around 450+ or 360 when locked. But if I look at 1% lows they are around 140-200 fps depens of fps lock. Have no idea to fix this. Cuz of this problem games feels very choppy and not very smooth. Gsync + vsync make it feel smoother but it feels like my mouse is gliding on ice. Any suggestions?

Disable Vsync.
Enable Resizeble Bar on Nvidia Inspector for CS2 and in BIOS if its disabled. ( donno if AMD has it, prob. yes )

Only way game feels smooth here, with my 4080.
Also disable any third party program that hook in the game, like RivaTuner.

REBar is on Vsync has no effect on the fps in my case i am not bound by cpu or gpu. Nothing is running in the background. But hey thanks for trying. How are your 1% lows in game? Like there is no way that mine are this low.

CS2 needs good cpu for better 1% lows. Get 5800X3d or 57003X3D. 5900X ain't good for cs2. It is the harsh reality.

So you are saying that me getting 500 fps on average is not good enough? Did you even read what i have said. The only game in this world that gives me these horrible 1% lows is cs2. If you think its ok for a game to have 500 average fps and 200 1% lows you are not very knowledgeable.

not sure it was on tbh... i did curve optimization just then. wanted to see if these drops had something to do with my cpu. Like i did not have master ryzen installed. But i did overclock cpu to 4.7ghz it just gave me boost to my max fps averages would still take a hit cuz of 1%lows

Lmao all these Volvo simps saying you need X3D. This game should run stable on any mid-end and better CPUs easily. It is nothing special gameplay and graphics-wise.

This game is just poorly optimised, end of story.

Well like I said that it is the harsh reality that if you want better 1% lows in CS2 you need x3d. I did not say that it is acceptable. Valve should really do some optimization as you said the 5900X should be plenty good for this game but currently it really is not.
