Fix your network issues jitter and stutter in cs2

Hi everyone, I've just finished up my tests and writing of the guide on how to update the ethernet drivers and turn off power saving options in order to fix or reduce jitter.

Through my testing this is the thing that helped me the most, please let me know if this helps you as well.


I have some other minor suggestion that can help further, but as I said this was the most impactful thing that I did so far.
