7 days competitive cooldown

I recently won a game that showed my rank on match making and then a 7 day cool down appeared on my account right after winning , why did i get a 7 day cooldown despite of me winning without getting kicked or having to kick someone? help please

Competitive cooldowns in CS:GO have four levels. When an account receives a competitive cooldown, the cooldown level remains on the account for a one-week probationary period. Any additional cooldowns received during the one-week probationary period increases the amount of time players are restricted from matchmaking:

First cooldown (level 1) - lasts 30 minutes
Second cooldown (level 2) - lasts 2 hours
Third cooldown (level 3) - lasts 24 hours
Fourth cooldown (level 4) - lasts 1 week
A week of clean play will reduce an account's cooldown level by one. An account whose cooldown level has been reduced to level 2 through clean play would receive a level 3 (24 hour) cooldown on their next infraction.

Please note that cooldown levels can exceed level 4. Players whose cooldown level exceeds level 4 will need an extended period of clean play to have their cooldown level reduce beneath level 3.

Wdym clean play? I dont use any cheats and i strive hard for my game 🥺, i usually lose alot of games due to hackers using spin bots

Hold up. So you're saying you got a 7 days ban out of the blue after a match in which nothing that could cause a cooldown happened?
I find it hard to believe. You sure you're not missing something? What did the game say you got a cooldown for?

It says about getting too much kicked something, but i didnt got kicked cuz i clearly played clean and carried my team 🤦‍♂️

i got cool downed for 7 days because i did too much damge to my teammate and i did not do it in purpose and the teammate that i hit was bot and what the f cause i was laggin for like the fffin match dude i mean like its un fair and pls plssss help me cause i didnt mean to and i aint no simp

Yea the cooldowns can get annoying. Worst is when it gives u a cooldown after 3 minutes but u still reconnect to game then after u notice a ban lmao

wrong. my first cooldown was 24h for "griefing". i got reported by toxic trolls.
2nd one 2 days after that, was also 24h.

couple weeks after that i had DC and got 30 mins.
