People are being sarcastic because you asked something similar to “guys my breath is really heavy and making me tired how can I disable my lungs”
Your problem is that your fps (frames per second” is low to the point that it is visible that your game is running slow and that’s most likely because your pc specs aren’t qualified to run this game smoothly so either upgrade your pc or try other games that require lower specs like idk Valorant or TF2 Maybe Black Squad

Also out of pure curiosity why do you have a trade link in your bio while you set your inventory settings to “private”

Are you talking about removing the FPS limit or something? If that's what you're referring to, try entering the command fps_max 0 in the console.

I'm a bit confused, as everyone else, about this topic.

If English is not your main language, please POST in your own language and we will translate and, hopefully, better understand the issue.

But, in general, FPS can not be disabled. If you have FPS 0, that's basically a wallpaper (but even that one is refreshed).

Any sort of screen will always have some sort of FPS.

in cs2 there is new feature called FPS. It lags everyones game and people dont even realize it. It is implemented on purpose to make us waste our money on better hardware because they want profit. A guy on YouTube said you can disable it but did not tell how. Thats my friend why i am reaching out to steam community for this.

You could try fps_max 0.00000000000000000001

But it won't get rid of it entirely
