Your problem is that your fps (frames per second” is low to the point that it is visible that your game is running slow and that’s most likely because your pc specs aren’t qualified to run this game smoothly so either upgrade your pc or try other games that require lower specs like idk Valorant or TF2 Maybe Black Squad
Are you talking about removing the FPS limit or something? If that's what you're referring to, try entering the command fps_max 0 in the console.

But, in general, FPS can not be disabled. If you have FPS 0, that's basically a wallpaper (but even that one is refreshed).
Any sort of screen will always have some sort of FPS.
But it won't get rid of it entirely
