it is your best bet 180hz and has every feature you need, vcync and premium freesync...etc, and only for 100$. instead of wasting your money in 180hz 300$ monitor you can buy this monitor and waste the left over money in better gpu like gtx 1080.
Its only worth going a higher frequency if your PC reaches those fps.
Get a 144hz if you can reach 144 fps with your GPU.
hope this helps.
The KTC H25T7 is apparently an excellent deal, it seems like a slightly improved version of the KTC H24T09P, they cost almost the same ($90) but the first one has 180hz and 25 inches instead of 24 and 165hz, I don't think he can get much use out of either of these monitors with his GPU (GTX750 TI) but if he gets a decent and current GPU he will notice a huge difference.
The odds that OP also has over 10 years old CPU are kinda good so upgrading the GPU alone will not be enough because CS2 is pretty CPU bound game. I wouldn't buy a monitor before my setup could deliver whatever framerate I'd want to aim for.
