Packet loss spiking up and down after armory update HELP lol

I tried the smooth over packet loss options and restricting bandwidth in different combinations. No change, still laggy as hell, ping is 30-40, restarted routers and PC, No change.

There is nothing we can do. The upper right corner of my game is always red, even on the game ending page.

Every game that has connection issues this days its the game none has to do with you
They try to cheap up on things rather than fixing stuff or they just mess around and ♥♥♥♥ up everything...
Dont mess around to much with your connection/settings as you might end up make it worst
