M4A1-S texture bug

In dark areas it's completely pitch black and when it's in the sun it's brighter than a flashbang, it's like literal pure white.

Wtf? it's super distracting and it breaks all M4A1-S skins

after 4k+ hours of playing cs i have never experienced this bug

I've never seen anyone else have it either, but I know I have not modified my game in any capacity and when I verify cache it says nothing is wrong

That's the plain 3d model without any texture at all. Something blocks file access or the vpk file is damaged?
Do you own some M4A1 skins, is it like that on all of them, is the default M4A1 okay?

Clear download cache in Steam, verify CS:GO files in Steam.
Delete both folders in %localappdata%/Steam/

I have Boreal Forest skin which is also bugged most of the time (not all the time)... default M4A1-S is also bugged most of the time (not all the time) it's inconsistent but still happens too often to be a fluke
