Input lag /sluggish, heavy mouse
I've been having an issue with CSGO for probably a year now.

Instead of the mouse being precise and feeling like an extension of my hand, it was having like a slight delay, almost like a "smoothing" feeling, and I couldn't quite figure out why. It could best be described as the mouse being "60 hz" or my crosshair moving like 0.3 seconds after I physically moved it.

In the past week or so, it has gotten worse. The mouse actively becomes sluggishly laggy, over the course of a match. Like sluggish, as in, it feels like a controller from the 1990's or something. Like really sluggish and just... as if it's a second behind.

The game is on a year old 1 TB SSD (40% full). 144 Hz monitor, GTX 1060/i7-7700k, 32GB ram.

raw input is on, vsync is off. consistent 300-400 fps. Fullscreen Mode on. Disable fullscreen Optimizations is checked.

Things I have tried:
Reinstalled Windows
Reinstalled Steam
Deleted Every Game except CSGO
Deleted Riot / Vanguard
Deleted FaceIt/Disabled it and tested.
Disabled All Startup Programs
Made CSGO config fresh and new, removed all launch options
Tried various Nvidia control panel Settings
Tried CRU and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up my monitor
Tried Different Mouse (Logitech Superlight and Zowie EC2A)
Tried Different PC port for Mouse cable
Shadowplay On/off
Geforce Drivers Old/New
All Overlays - steam, discord, faceit OFF
Xbox DVR Off
Discord Closed.
Closed everything except CSGO when playing.
Changing Mouse hz (default is 1000)

At this point I don't know what else I can try other than getting a whole new pc, but I don't know if it will solve the problem.

I have tried 125 hz, 500 hz, and my default is 1000 hz. None of them change a thing.

Could be overheating or a monitor cable issue.

Yes. Valorant.

Valorant does not have the sluggish lag problem. But it did have that "0.3 delay" feeling, the anti-precise feeling of like, slightly heavy crosshair.

Using Logitech Superlight. I tried using my former ZOWIE ec2A. Mouse lag is present on both mice.

I've tried these and they did wonders for me, cs more crisp in my opinion, but use at your own risk since one of the videos goes into changing your regedit and disabling services, for me it works fine.
