Rifle stops shooting when i aim on enemies
Hey guys,
i havent played in 2 weeks and now i just started the game (so i didnt changed any settings and didnt had the bug before) and have this really weird bug:
when i shoot on enemies or aim near the enemies with rifles (automatic weapons) my weapon stops shooting when i hold the mousebutton. it shoots like 2 shots then stops for 3 seconds and then maybe 1-3 more bullets and stops again (mousebutton always pressed!). now the 2 strange things are that when i shoot against a wall and not on enemies i can shoot 30 bullets to the wall without any interrupting - its only when i aim on enemies. the second thing is that it only happens with automatic weapons which mean i can play with pistol/sniper and shotgun without any problem, but the autosniper and the autoshotgun have the same problem like the rifles cause they are automatic weapons and they stop shooting as well. i tried reinstalling/repair exe and more. i can say that its not a problem of the mouse cause it only happens in cs go and only when i aim on enemies.
it would be sooooooo nice if anyone of u guys could help me with a solution!

deactivate steam cloud, deinstal and reinstal. Most likely there is a config problem somewhere

Got the same bug. I've found that pistols sometimes don't fire at all though. Horrible, game-breaking bug.

i had it too in DM...it seemed for me to be a network or server related issue.

im sure its not my mouse because that problem happened only when a enemi is in front of me

Yeah, my mouse was acting up. Kinda strange that only happened when mousing over enemies, but when I got a new mouse everything was fine. Haven't had issues since. I started having trouble with mouse clicks on desktop, realised I at least needed to try another mouse. I'd recommend testing with an old mouse that you've got lying around, or even just buying a new mouse.

What mouse do you have? I had problems with buttons with brand new SS Rival. I had to return it and got a new one. Your problem seems familiar.

Yeah, I was using an SS Sensei Raw. I'd had it for about 6 months.I think it may have been a build-up of salt from sweating. I'm using a Razer DeathAdder Chroma now, which is amazing. I definitely recommend it to anyone with a medium-large hand that favours a claw or palm grip. Really comfortable, with great feedback from the clicks. I just miss my extra side buttons that I had on the Sensei.
Hi! Do you still have this problem? I'm having this issue now. I haven't tried with a different mouse but since it shoots ONLY when aiming at enemies I don't think it is a mouse problem. Help?

hy, the problem was my mouse.

Hey! Yeah, the problem was with my mouse. I know it seems super weird, but I still have that issue with that old Steelseries Sensei - on different computers as well. I would put it down to a build-up of dirt under the button (even though I took it apart and cleaned it), or a deterioration of the actual click mechanism. Since then, I've used a Razer Deathadder 2013, which was great, and didn't have the same problem. I bought a Steelseries Rival 300 about a month ago, which has no issues either.

TLDR: Hardware issue, get a new mouse.
its a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hack which enemys are using
