they have your records, they even check em twice. They can tell if you've been naughty or nice and you've been quite naughty in this case.
and no Valve wont let you see them or contest the case, if they claim its true its true. And if it wasnt true it would be rolled back accordingly.
There are no new false positives lately. So again, you or someone with access to your account used cheats. It's a simple as that.
And if you aren't happy with that response, oh well - go contact Steam support so they can confirm your ban for you.
