How much is a Sliver Operation Phoenix Coin worth?? I mean , does it have any kind of value , like money or something. Or good enough to trade?

Silver coins are now worth $3,000.
Gold coins are a whopping $4,500.

even if it was good enough to trade, i'd call it worthless. who would want a coin with YOUR stats on it. they'd want their own stats, and it'd only show during the operation, so it'd have to either be blank or show your stats

Silver coins are worth $300. Don't mind the guy above me. He's not a real CS:GO player like I am.

Gold Coins are $302.50 now.

The bronze ones are $205.

it's not tradable, and thousands and thousands of players have these worthless passes. it's 30 cents at most and not even marketable
