Pick'Em Challenge Progress Not Counted for Shanghai Major

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Pick’Em Challenge for the Perfect World Shanghai 2024 Major in Counter-Strike 2. Despite correctly predicting 5 outcomes (as indicated by the green checkmarks in the screenshot), my progress has not been counted toward the challenge. I made sure to submit all my picks on time before the matches started.

Could someone explain why this might have happened? Is there a way to resolve this or verify the issue with support? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When did you activate the pass? You had to have an active pass before the first matches started for the Opening stage to count

Thank you for the reply! I activated the pass a day before the matches started, so it was definitely active in time. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have been able to make my picks or see the green checkmarks showing the correct predictions, right?

It seems like everything was done correctly on my end, so I’m still unsure why the challenge progress wasn’t counted. Any additional insight would be greatly appreciated!

The first red mark on your screenshot, is telling you the reason

The matches started on the 30th, depending on your time zone that might have been very early, so if you didn't buy the pass on the 28th or 29th it's likely you missed the window to lock in your picks.
